Job Description

Job Title: Senior Sales Manager

Location: Borivali

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales managers and advisors.
  • Drive the sales of life, health, or general insurance products through agency or direct channels.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve regional/business targets.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance; provide training and motivation to improve results.
  • Conduct regular joint fieldwork with team members to ensure high-quality customer engagement.
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales and team handling (preferably in BFSI/Insurance).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Willingness to travel for field activities.
  • Two-wheeler and smartphone preferred.
