Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing key client accounts, and guiding the team to achieve targets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies
- Lead and manage the sales team to meet or exceed targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Support team members with training, guidance, and performance reviews
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
