Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence
Identify new business opportunities and build strong customer networks
Monitor team performance and provide regular training and guidance
Handle key client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
Candidate Requirements:
Graduation mandatory
3–6 years of experience in sales; team handling experience preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
Good market knowledge and client network
