• Lead and support your financial advisor to meet their sales targets.
• Monitor and report on team progress regularly.
• Build strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional financial solutions.
• Identify and pursue new clients in the Insurance sector.

Desired Candidates Profile:

Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 Years in the Sales and Marketing department.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of BFSI products and trends.
Track record of meeting sales targets.
