• Identify and onboard high-performing financial advisors and leaders to strengthen the team’s capabilities and market reach.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities through cross-selling and upselling.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Actively participate in field activities to expand customer outreach and engagement.
• Building strong relationships and promoting our insurance products.

Do you have what it takes?

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of proven success in sales and marketing, with insurance industry experience being a plus.
• A history of exceeding sales targets and leading teams to victory.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to inspire and empower your team.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about achieving ambitious goals.
• Age 21-38, with a valid driver’s license.
• Personal two-wheeler for field activities.
