Tekpillar is in search of a As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our organization’s sales strategies. Operating at the intersection of leadership and hands-on sales expertise, you will lead a team to deliver exceptional results and contribute significantly to our growth.

Responsibilities:-

·        Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals, providing strategic guidance and fostering a culture of excellence.

·        Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

·        Lead negotiations with clients and oversee contract management processes.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.

·        Utilize market research and competitor analysis to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

 

Preferred Qualifications:-

·        Proven experience as a successful Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.

·        Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

·        Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor activities.

·        Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

·        Results-oriented with a track record of driving revenue growth.

·        Every Graduate.

·        A minimum of one year’s experience in the local sales field.

·        21–38 Years Old.
