Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of a skilled team of insurance agents.
- Foster a culture that prioritizes exceptional customer service.
- Continuously monitor sales performance and analyze market trends.
- Perform in-depth analyses of competitors and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Proactively seek new clients through networking, prospecting, and participating in industry events to grow the client base.
Qualification Criteria:
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Age range: 22 to 37 years.
- Must have been a resident for a minimum of 3 to 5 years.
