Position : Senior Sales Manager

Roles :

– Responsible for sales budget of the business sourced from partner channels through the location.

– Manage the partner relation at the location level and coordinate internally with various functions to ensure efficient delivery of day-to-day service requirements.

– Develop new channel partners and nurture the existing ones.

– Products to be handled: Fire insurance, marine insurance, burglary insurance, and miscellaneous- insurance.

– Managing the intermediately/ channel partners for various corporate products.

– Coordinating with the customer service team for quotes, claims, and UW-related issues.

– Customer relationship management: Pre- sales/ sales/ post sales.

– Conducting training programs both for internal and external customers.

Desired Candidate Profile :

– Graduation in Any Stream

Experience : 2 + Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing in Any Industry

– Strong communication & Presentations Skills

– Excellent Negotiation Skills

– Ability to coach and Mentor your team.

– Local candidates of that area should have a good local network.

Age : 23 to 37 years.
