Overview:
We are hiring a Senior Sales Manager to lead sales activities in Burdwan, manage a high-performing team, and drive business revenue through strategic sales planning and customer engagement.
Key Duties:
• Lead, develop, and manage the local sales team
• Create and execute sales plans that align with regional goals
• Identify new market opportunities and partnerships
• Build strong relationships with customers and business stakeholders
• Track sales data, targets, and advisor KPIs
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
Qualifications:
• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (BFSI/Retail preferred)
• Age: 22 to 38 years
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
• Must be a local resident of Burdwan
• CRM knowledge is a plus
