Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead sales growth in the Direct Channel. The role involves acquiring new customers, building strong relationships, and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire and onboard new customers through direct sales efforts.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
Identify market trends and potential growth opportunities.
Prepare and present regular sales performance reports.

Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales (Life Insurance/BFSI preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of meeting targets.
