Job Description
The senior sales officer will be responsible for driving business growth, managing agent relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate will lead and mentor a team of agents, achieve sales targets, and uphold excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of agents to meet sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and develop agents within the agency channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both agents and clients.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- 1 to 5 years of experience in a sales role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a local candidate.
