Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Officer is responsible for designing and implementing the effective marketing strategies to sell company ’s insurance policies and products. Suggest plans that best fit the customer, and must be customer-focused with a strong desire to research, source, and build long relationships with potential customers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Research and source prospective customers and new leads
- Explain various insurance policies and products to potential and existing clients, guiding them toward the best coverage
- Suggest modifications and updates to existing customers’ insurance policies
- Advise customers on potential risks and benefits of each policy
- Maintain a good relationship with exiting customers and provide after sales support.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any field for agency and for direct minimum 1 year of sales in any field + 6 months of sales in BFSI sector
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation (Any stream)
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
- Required experience certificate or reliving letter from previous organization (If experienced)
