Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Senior Sales Officer – BFSI to lead sales initiatives, manage key client accounts, and drive business growth across banking and financial products. The role demands leadership in customer acquisition, team mentoring, and strategic sales execution.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Drive sales of insurance products to potential customers
• Identify and acquire high-value clients through various channels
• Mentor and guide junior sales staff to achieve team targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
