Job Responsibilities:

• Recruit and train a team of financial advisors, providing guidance and leadership to ensure their success.
• Ensure timely follow-up on leads generated, ensuring no missed opportunities.
• Meeting and Explaining the Benefits of the Product to Customers.
• Bring More Business to the Organization.

Qualification Criteria: 

• Candidates must possess a graduation degree.
• Age Requirement: Candidates must be between 21 to 38 years old.
• Min. 2 years in sales and marketing (Pharma, FMCG, BFSI, Consumer Durable, DTH, Microfinance, Dealer, Broker, Education sales, B2B, B2C, Telecom, Loans, Product Marketing, etc.,)
• Preference will be given to candidates residing locally.
