Senior Sales Officer

Job Description

Job Summary:

The candidate is responsible for driving sales growth in the insurance  segment by acquiring new customers, managing relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify new customers and business opportunities.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Guide and support junior sales staff when needed.
• Conduct field visits, follow up on leads, and close sales.

What We Require: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
