Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of agents to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales leads
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Present products/services and close sales deals
- Follow up with clients for repeat business
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
What We Require:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
