Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Officer BFSI has to focus on driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships. This role involves acquiring new customers, managing existing ones, and promoting a range of financial products. They leverage their knowledge of financial services to explain product benefits and convince customers to purchase. This role also involves managing client inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining accurate records.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit and provide guidance to team members in identifying potential clients in the BFSI sector and developing strategies to engage them.
- Creating and implementing sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Evaluating sales opportunities and preparing business ideas for new and existing customers.
- Addressing customer concerns, providing ongoing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Overseeing the entire sales process, from initial contact to deal closure.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any field for agency channel and for direct channel 1 year of sales in any field+ 6 months of experience in BFSI sector.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation (Any stream)
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
- Required experience certificate or reliving letter from previous organization (If experienced)
