Responsibilities:

- Drive sales and exceed revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with agency partners.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

- Provide ongoing training and support to agents.

Qualifications:
- Proven track record in insurance sales, preferably in an agency channel.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products and regulations.
