We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. If you have a strong background in sales leadership and team development, we’d love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of field sales advisors or agents

Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly sales targets

Build strong customer and partner relationships

Implement training and mentoring programs for the team

Conduct field visits and ensure on-ground sales activity

Provide regular reporting and performance updates

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in BFSI sales (insurance/banking preferred)

Proven experience in leading a sales team

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Graduation in any discipline

Target-driven and self-motivated
