About the Role:
We are seeking a sharp, proactive Senior Executive Officer to lead field-level business development and manage customer engagement efforts. This role demands strong leadership, hands-on sales experience, and a deep understanding of the local market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client acquisition efforts through field visits, networking, and local campaigns
- Build long-term relationships with customers and partners
- Plan and execute area-wise marketing and sales strategies
- Monitor sales performance and recommend improvements
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and client servicing
- Regularly report progress, challenges, and feedback to senior management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of field sales, marketing, or business development experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and people skills
- Strong local area knowledge (must be a resident of the location)
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
- Self-motivated with the ability to handle pressure and meet targets
- Graduate degree preferred, but not mandatory if skills and experience match
