Job Description

About the Role:
We are seeking a sharp, proactive Senior Executive Officer to lead field-level business development and manage customer engagement efforts. This role demands strong leadership, hands-on sales experience, and a deep understanding of the local market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client acquisition efforts through field visits, networking, and local campaigns
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and partners
  • Plan and execute area-wise marketing and sales strategies
  • Monitor sales performance and recommend improvements
  • Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and client servicing
  • Regularly report progress, challenges, and feedback to senior management

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of field sales, marketing, or business development experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and people skills
  • Strong local area knowledge (must be a resident of the location)
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
  • Self-motivated with the ability to handle pressure and meet targets
  • Graduate degree preferred, but not mandatory if skills and experience match
