The Service Officer is a key customer-facing role in the branch, responsible for delivering superior service, handling transactions, and supporting day-to-day branch operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, service-driven, and looking to build a career in banking operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer transactions: deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and cheque clearing
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal and regulatory norms (KYC/AML)Promote usage of digital banking platforms and educate customers
Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction scores
🔹 Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any stream (Preferred: B.Com / BBA / BA with good communication)
Age: 21 to 34 years
Freshers or up to 2 years of experience in banking/financial services
Good communication skills in English and local language
Proficient in basic computer and MS Office operations
