Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Service Sales Manager who will sell service plans, maintenance packages, and support solutions to customers. The goal is to keep customers happy and help the company grow its service business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talk to customers and understand their service needs
  • Offer the right service plans and solutions
  • Build strong relationships with customers
  • Work with the service team to deliver what was promise
  • Meet monthly and yearly service sales targets

    Requirements:

  • Graduate degree (technical or business field is a plus)
  • 2–5 years of experience in service or solution sales
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Confident in explaining products and closing deals
