Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sr. Area Manager in the insurance industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets within the BFSI sector.
- Identify and establish relationships with potential clients and key decision-makers through networking and business development efforts.
- Conduct field sales activities, including client visits, presentations, and negotiations, to drive business growth and generate leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet clients’ specific needs and requirements.
- Actively manage and expand the distributor network to maximize market coverage and increase sales opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to the management team.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of field sales, marketing, and business development strategies.
- Prior experience in BFSI sales or similar industry would be an advantage, it’s required.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain connections with clients and industry professionals.
- Proven ability to generate leads, convert prospects into clients, and achieve sales targets.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive for success and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
