We Are Looking For A Sr. Sales Manager

Responsibility:-

Selling insurance policies to clients via the agency channel will be the role’s responsibility.

distributing life insurance policies through agencies.

Observe the daily operations, planning, and performance of the team.

Give the head of the channel sales team access to the most recent internet platforms.

To enable them to use the company’s products, all partners must receive training.

Utilize networking and a variety of methods to generate leads.

Desired Candidate Profile
Basic skills

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Motivational leadership skills
Previous experience in field sales or related areas.
Effective leadership and management capabilities

Preferred candidate profile

Required: Bachelor’s degree.
Min 2 years of sales experience required (2 years in BFSI/Insurance candidate preferred)
Required: License and bike.
