• Facilitate the training of agents and ensure they are equipped with knowledge about products.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Continuously monitor market trends to stay ahead of competitors.

Job Requirements:

• Graduation in any field.
• At least 2 years of field sales experience in the insurance sector.
• Must possess a valid bike and driving license.
