We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts at one of India’s premier companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring we attract top-tier talent to drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies.
Conduct training sessions for hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any .
2+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in BFSI.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
