Key Responsibilities:
- Build and recruit a high-performing team of agents.
- Create and implement training programs to boost agent skills and capabilities.
- Provide regular feedback and performance assessments to agents.
- Inspire and motivate agents to exceed targets and maintain a strong team culture.
- Ensure agent development is aligned with business goals and collaborate with leadership.
- Track performance and provide leadership with detailed reports.
Qualifications:
- Graduation (mandatory).
- 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- At least 3+ years of experience in a residential or native role.
