• Watch market trends and competitors to find new ways to grow.
• Ensure agents follow company rules.

Qualification and Experience:

• A college degree (any field is okay).
• 1+ years of sales or business growth experience (insurance experience is a bonus).
• Proof you can hit sales targets and lead a team.
• Strong skills in leading, talking, and connecting with people.
• Ability to look at data and make smart plans to grow.
