- Watch market trends and competitors to find new ways to grow.
- Ensure agents follow company rules.
Qualification and Experience:
- A college degree (any field is okay).
- 1+ years of sales or business growth experience (insurance experience is a bonus).
- Proof you can hit sales targets and lead a team.
- Strong skills in leading, talking, and connecting with people.
- Ability to look at data and make smart plans to grow.
