Key Responsibilities:
- Appoint, manage, and motivate channel partners
- Drive sales through distributors and retailers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct regular field visits and partner meetings
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Ensure proper reporting and coordination with internal teams
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Experience in field sales or channel sales
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel in assigned territory
