Responsibilities
· Managing/recruiting the activity plan of team (5-10 people) to ensure these are being fulfilled as per the desired level.
· To generate business for the products to achieve the sales targets (i.e.Insurance).
· Initiating, developing and closing leads generated through various modes.
· To solve problems issues and develop a strong relationship with the customers.
· Taking references from customer for building leads bucket

· Graduate or above – any stream
· Sales and Marketing experience or any related
· Natural leader who enjoys coaching and mentoring others
