Job Title: Team Handle Role – BDM
Role and Responsibilities:
- Talk to customers to understand their insurance needs
- Suggest the right insurance plans based on their situation
- Call, meet, or follow up with customers regularly
- Explain policy details clearly, including terms and benefits
- Help customers complete forms and submit documents
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company
- Keep records of all leads, sales, and customer feedback
- Stay updated on the latest insurance products and rules
Candidate Profile:
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Good understanding of customer needs and handling objections
- Positive, self-driven, and goal-oriented attitude
- Able to manage time well and follow up without reminders
- Bachelor’s Degree Is mandatory
