Job Title: Team Handle Role – BDM
Type: Full-Time

As a Team Handle Role – BDM in the FMCG sector, your main task is to visit retail shops, build strong relationships with shop owners, and increase sales of our products in your area.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Visiting shops, distributors, and small markets daily
• Selling and promoting company products
• Ensuring product availability and visibility at outlets
• Taking orders and making sure deliveries happen on time
• Collecting payments as per company policy
• Keeping track of competitor activities in the area
• Meeting daily and monthly sales targets
• Giving feedback from retailers to the company

Candidate Profile:

• Has 2-5 years of experience in field sales, preferably FMCG
• Can travel daily within assigned territory
• Is confident, honest, and good at building trust
• Has completed a graduate degree
• Is energetic, hardworking, and goal-focused
