Job Description

Job Title: Team Handle Role – BDM
Location: Guwahati

As a Team Lead in Sales, you will guide a group of sales representatives to meet targets and grow business. Your role is a mix of coaching, selling, and ensuring daily team success.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead, support, and motivate a team of sales executives
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team
  • Monitor team performance and guide underperforming members
  • Train team members on products, pitches, and customer handling
  • Handle key clients and help close important deals
  • Keep daily records and share reports with management
  • Work with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations
  • Stay updated with product changes and market trends

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a similar field
  • 2 to 5 years of sales experience, with some team handling preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Able to mentor, motivate, and correct team members positively
  • Honest, responsible, and results-focused
