As a Team Lead in Sales, you will guide a group of sales representatives to meet targets and grow business. Your role is a mix of coaching, selling, and ensuring daily team success.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead, support, and motivate a team of sales executives
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team
- Monitor team performance and guide underperforming members
- Train team members on products, pitches, and customer handling
- Handle key clients and help close important deals
- Keep daily records and share reports with management
- Work with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations
- Stay updated with product changes and market trends
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a similar field
- 2 to 5 years of sales experience, with some team handling preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to mentor, motivate, and correct team members positively
- Honest, responsible, and results-focused
