Job Summary:
We are hiring a Team Leader to manage and support a group of sales executives in the BFSI sector. The main goal is to help the team meet business targets and serve customers well.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales officers working in banking, insurance, or financial services
- Set clear sales goals and make sure the team works toward them
- Support team members in client meetings and product presentations
- Review daily work, share feedback, and improve performance
- Train and guide new team members on products and processes
- Ensure all company and industry rules are followed properly
- Share daily and weekly reports with your manager
- Handle any client or team issues quickly and clearly
- Work with other departments to improve customer service and team output
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 2+ years in BFSI sales
- Education: Graduation required; MBA or finance-related course is a plus
- Must know banking or insurance products well
- Strong leadership and people-handling skills
- Good at communication, planning, and solving problems
- Ready to work with targets and take full ownership of team results
