• Manage and support sales teams across your area
• Set area sales targets and help teams achieve them
• Plan and run sales drives and local promotions
• Visit key clients and ensure their satisfaction
• Track sales numbers and make regular reports
• Hire, train, and mentor field sales staff
• Solve team or customer issues quickly
• Keep strong coordination with supply and marketing teams

Candidate Profile:

• 2+ years in sales manager role
• Experience handling field teams in different locations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Goal-focused and ready to take responsibility
• Graduate in any stream, MBA is a plus
• Must be willing to travel across the assigned area
