We are looking for a Team Leader who can guide a small team, help them stay on track, and make sure daily work runs smoothly. This person will support both team members and managers to meet company goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Assign tasks and make sure work is done on time and with quality
- Train and support team members to improve skills and performance
- Handle simple team issues and help solve problems quickly
- Share updates and progress reports with higher management
- Help create a positive and respectful team environment
- Keep track of team attendance and performance
- Follow all company rules and help the team do the same
Candidate Profile:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a Sales Role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to guide and support team members with patience
- Good at planning and organizing tasks
- Ready to learn and grow with the company
