Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of sales professionals

Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory
2+ years of experience in field sales (BFSI preferred)
Prior team handling experience is a strong advantage
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
