Job Description

The Field Sales is in charge of managing the group of experts who work on the company’s sales and marketing initiatives. They keep tabs on market trends, establish strategies, put up sales plans, and uphold client relationships. 

Responsibilities for Team Handling : 

  •  Find advisors and partners for the agency 
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly agency partner meetings, providing a report on the status of the company and its relevance to the competition. 
  • Establish sales goals and encourage the sales team 
  • Help managers build sales strategies 
  • The business manager is in charge of increasing sales and hitting the sales goal 
  • New agent recruitment, assessment, and training. 

Desired Candidate Profile : 

  • Two-wheelers are mandatory 
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing 
  • candidate must have knowledge of the local market 
  • Graduation is mandatory
