We are looking for an experienced Team Handling Manager to lead and manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring achievement of sales targets and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and lead a team of Sales Executives
• Monitor team performance and drive productivity
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct joint field visits and provide on-ground support
• Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Eligibility:

• Graduate (Any stream)
• Minimum 2-4 years of team handling experience (Insurance/BFSI preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
