Role Overview:

Handle field sales activities and lead a small team of sales executives
Drive sales targets through effective team coordination and support
Train and mentor new team members

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate with 2+ years of sales experience, including team handling
Strong communication and leadership skills
Experience in BFSI or direct sales preferred
