Responsibilities:
- Recruit and build a local field sales team.
- Source, screen, and select quality candidates.
- Plan and manage hiring activities based on business needs.
- Onboard and train new team members for quick productivity.
- Monitor and improve team performance regularly.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future hiring.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or field sales.
- Graduation (Bachelor’s Degree in any field) is mandatory.
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
