Responsibilities:
- This role involves team management.
- Begin by recruiting Business Partners who will then recruit advisors.
- Focus on the recruitment and development of a team of Financial Advisors.
- Provide training, motivation, and guidance to ensure timely product sales.
- Regularly update the team with product knowledge.
- Trainers will conduct frequent training sessions for improved comprehension.
- Drive business generation through the recruited Financial Advisors.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
