Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, guide, and motivate a team of insurance sales executives.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Drive field activities such as client meetings, product pitches, and lead conversions.
- Provide regular training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
- Monitor daily sales performance and report to senior management.
- Support in recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any field
- 2–4 years of experience in sales.
- Prior experience in team handling or leadership is a must.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
- Target-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
