Job Description
We are hiring Team Lead Role In Kolkata to promote and sell insurance products directly to customers. This role involves regular fieldwork, meeting clients, and helping them choose the right insurance plans.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Visit potential customers in assigned areas to promote insurance plans
- Explain product details clearly and suggest suitable options based on customer needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term business
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Keep records of meetings, customer data, and sales activity
- Collect documents and assist customers with policy applications
- Attend team meetings, training, and field planning sessions
- Share daily updates and reports with the manager
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 2 to 4 years in field sales; insurance or finance sales preferred
- Education: Minimum graduate preferred
- Must be confident, self-driven, and good at communication
- Willing to travel daily for field visits and client meetings
- Basic knowledge of insurance products is a plus
- Should have a two-wheeler and smartphone
- Target-focused and ready to work under pressure
