Job Summary:
Lead and manage a team of insurance sales advisors. Drive team performance by coaching, motivating, and ensuring achievement of sales targets. Act as a bridge between management and the sales team to implement strategies effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, guide, and mentor a team of insurance sales agents/advisors.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance against targets.
- Provide training and skill development support to team members.
- Implement sales strategies and business plans.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and feedback to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years of experience in insurance sales with team handling experience.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Result-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and motivational skills.
- Knowledge of insurance products and sales process.
