Role Overview:

Lead and motivate a dynamic sales team to achieve targets and drive business growth. Monitor team performance, coach members, and implement effective sales strategies to enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
Develop and execute sales plans and strategies.
Provide training, guidance, and motivation to team members.
Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports.
Foster a positive team environment and address performance issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in sales and team leadership.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
Prior experience in BFSI or related sectors is a plus.
