Job Description

We are hiring an Team Leader to manage sales and marketing activities in the assigned area. The role includes handling a team, driving field sales, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage field sales and marketing teams
Achieve area-level sales targets
Plan and execute local marketing activities
Support the team in field work and closures
Recruit, train, and motivate team members
Monitor daily performance and reports

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduation completed (mandatory)
Minimum 2 years experience in Field Sales & Marketing
Team handling experience preferred
Good leadership and communication skills
