- Offer continuous mentorship, constructive feedback, and resources to enhance team success.
- Monitor industry trends, client preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Equip agents with effective strategies to engage premium customer segments.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
- Minimum of 2 years in sales and marketing across any industry.
- Demonstrated success in hitting sales targets and leading teams.
- Strong leadership abilities to steer teams toward shared objectives.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
