We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Team Leader to manage sales operations across an assigned area. This role is responsible for leading a team on the ground, driving targets, expanding market presence, and ensuring consistent performance across locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives/Officers
Take complete ownership of sales targets for the assigned area
Plan daily, weekly, and monthly field activities for the team
Support team members in closures and key customer meetings
Monitor performance, productivity, and discipline in the field
Ensure proper implementation of company sales strategies
Track market trends and competitor activities
Eligibility & Requirements:
Graduation mandatory
2–7 years of experience in field sales, including team handling
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills :
Experience in FMCG / B2B / Insurance / Channel Sales/ Field Sales
Strong planning and execution capability
Result-oriented mindset with people-management skills
