Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of corporate sales executives to meet and exceed sales goals.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to target key corporate clients and industries.
Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth through relationship-building and proactive outreach.
Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, effective negotiations, and closing of deals.
Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and ensure the team stays aligned with company objectives.
Collaborate with other departments (marketing, product, and customer service) to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in corporate or any sales.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to drive sales, manage teams, and exceed targets.
Deep understanding of B2B sales processes, market trends, and customer needs.
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
